Shullsburg

Since its start in 1938 with a vat of handmade cheddar, the Shullsburg cheese facility has continued its tradition of excellence with its Shullsburg Creamery branded line of handmade curds, mini longhorn style cheeses, and more.

Shullsburg-White Hill

Our White Hill Shullsburg facility specializes in producing Swiss, Baby Swiss and other Swiss varieties.

Rochester

Our Rochester facility is the producer of custom cheese ingredient solutions.

When Tara Schaal first set foot into the majestic sandstone caves on her first day on the job at Caves of Faribault, her first thought was, “Who knew this much work went into cheese?!”  Now it is Tara’s hard work and dedication in her dual roles as both Warehouse Supervisor and Affinage Supervisor that keep operations running smoothly.

Shullsburg Creamery takes pride in its hometown roots, and its newest General Manager is no stranger to tradition.   In fact, the small town of Shullsburg has been the backdrop for a significant portion of Gabe Wand’s life and career, and he’s looking forward to making big things happen here in his new role.
