Kelly Panther

National Account Manager, Business-to-Business

Kelly has worked in the dairy industry for 16 years, getting her start in fluid dairy before moving on to the cheese side of the business.  Currently Kelly focuses on business-to-business accounts.  Kelly works closely with our operations team in production planning, as well as managing promotional scheduling and customer forecasting.  Kelly is a St. Ambrose University graduate with degrees in Marketing and Economics and is currently a member of USDEC, IDFA and the Cheese Marketing Advisory Panel (CMAP).

Andy Corker

National Account Manager, Ingredient

With over 27 years in the dairy industry, Andy Corker brings to the team his knowledge and experience in operations, quality control, R&D, marketing and sales.  A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Food Science, Andy went on to receive his MBA from St. Ambrose University.  Since joining the company in 2010, Andy’s focus has been primarily on technical sales at our Rochester facility as well as whey sales.  Andy also coordinates the sale of fluid milk, cream and other dairy products produced by our sister facilities for assigned accounts.

Joe Parente

National Account Manager, Food Service / Export

A lifetime industry professional, Joe admits that there is very little he hasn’t experienced in the industry, from cleaning fish on a fish dock on Long Island to cooking in an 125 degree camp kitchen!  As a graduate from UNLV with a degree in Hospitality Management, Joe brings his extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry to foreign turfs and is responsible for managing food service and export business accounts. 

Tim Fink

Senior VP Sales/Business Development

Tim has an extensive background in both retail sales and foodservice, having proudly sold the Shullsburg Cheese brand his entire career.  With the recent acquisition of Shullsburg Creamery by Prairie Farms, Tim’s focus is on growing sales and expanding the brand to other retailers and Foodservice operations.  In his current role, Tim oversees the Shullsburg Sales team, assisting them in delivering great service and high quality products. 

Sonya Leitner

National Account Manager, Retail

A graduate of University of Alabama Birmingham, Sonya has spent over 30 years in the food and beverage industry.  She brings to the team a well-rounded portfolio of experience, having held positions such as Marketing Director for a national restaurant chain and Regional Sales Manager for a specialty packaged goods company.  She has spent the last 15 years in the specialty cheese industry, calling on national and regional retailers from the Midwest and SE regions of the East Coast.  In her current role, she focuses on growing our retail business for Caves of Faribault and Prairie Farms Cheese Division.

Shullsburg Creamery takes pride in its hometown roots, and its newest General Manager is no stranger to tradition.   In fact, the small town of Shullsburg has been the backdrop for a significant portion of Gabe Wand’s life and career, and he’s looking forward to making big things happen here in his new role.
