We offer customers custom blends that are custom-formulated to meet specific functions as an ingredient, making them ideal for industrial applications, such as sauces, soups, dips, dressings, and snacks. Club Cheddar Cheese
Cold-Pack Club Cheddar, otherwise called Club Cheddar, is a style of processed cheese produced by grinding and blending several kinds of cheddar cheeses into a semi-solid mass without the use of heat.
Pasteurized Process Cheese
Pasteurized Process Cheese, also known as Process Cheese, is a cheese food produced through the addition of cheese, steam heat, emulsifier salts, and other ingredients. This produces a consistent product that has specific applications for flavor, color, and melt-ability.
