Mindoro Cheese Plant Enters Prestigious Cheese Contest
Each year our cheesemakers enter our products into a number of regional, national and international cheese competitions. These contests range in scope from state fair dairy contest to world-renown competitions with intense technical judging on color, texture, body, and taste. One such contest is the World Championship Cheese Contest, which is hosted biennially by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. Recently, our Mindoro Cheese Plant was featured on WXOW News 19 in a story highlighting local cheesemakers entering the World Championship Cheese Contest. The video can be viewed here.
