Prairie Farms premium cream cheese displays a smooth, delicate texture and delightful flavor. Our premium Neufchatel is lower in fat content than traditional cream cheese but shares a similar rich texture and flavor. Both varieties have superior blending properties and are never sticky or gummy. They do not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

When Tara Schaal first set foot into the majestic sandstone caves on her first day on the job at Caves of Faribault, her first thought was, “Who knew this much work went into cheese?!” Now it is Tara’s hard work and dedication in her dual roles as both Warehouse Supervisor and Affinage Supervisor that keep operations running smoothly.
Meet Gabe Wand
Shullsburg Creamery takes pride in its hometown roots, and its newest General Manager is no stranger to tradition. In fact, the small town of Shullsburg has been the backdrop for a significant portion of Gabe Wand’s life and career, and he’s looking forward to making big things happen here in his new role.
