Prairie Farms' Maasdam cheese is a semi-hard natural cheese displaying a sweet, yet nutty flavor. It is ideal for snacking, slicing, or melting atop almost any dish. Unlike traditional Swiss cheese, Maasdam has a smoother and creamier texture and a richer flavor profile. It does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives and it is proudly made in Luana, Iowa, at our Luana cheese plant.
