Our premium Gouda is a semi-soft cheese with a creamy flavor and rich golden color. Young Gouda tends to be very mild and buttery, but it develops a much fuller flavor with age. Small eyes may be present. It does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Try it on a deli sandwich or as a dessert cheese.
