Caves of Faribault Blue Cheese Wins Bronze at International Cheese and Dairy Awards
Prairie Farms Cheese Division's Caves of Faribault recently won a Bronze Award at the 125th International Cheese and Dairy Awards held at the Staffordshire County, England Showgrounds in June. The honor was awarded to St. Pete’s Select Blue Cheese in the Soft, Semi-soft or Cream Cheese-Blue Veined Cheese Class. This particular cheese class is open to non UK Producers only.

This is the first year that Prairie Farms’ Cheese Division, Caves of Faribault, has competed at ICDA. The ICDA is one of the largest judging platforms for world-class cheese and dairy products from around the world. Over 5,500 entries were presented at this year’s show, which includes high profile recognition from independents, retailers and food service companies across the globe.
