It is an excellent choice for those who prefer a mild-flavored cheese and does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. We also offer a grass-fed variety of Baby Swiss, made at our Shullsburg cheese plant, that owes its unique flavor to lush pasture grazing. Our grass-fed cheeses are crafted using milk from cows raised on a grass fed diet. Through the seasons, the composition of the milk changes, resulting in subtle flavor variances throughout the year.
