Our premium Baby Swiss cheese is characterized by numerous small, shiny eyes and an exceptionally creamy texture. It is an excellent choice for those who prefer a mild-flavored cheese and does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. We also offer a grass-fed variety of Baby Swiss, made at our Shullsburg cheese plant, that owes its unique flavor to lush pasture grazing. Our grass-fed cheeses are crafted using milk from cows raised on a grass fed diet. Through the seasons, the composition of the milk changes, resulting in subtle flavor variances throughout the year.

Meet Gabe Wand
Shullsburg Creamery takes pride in its hometown roots, and its newest General Manager is no stranger to tradition. In fact, the small town of Shullsburg has been the backdrop for a significant portion of Gabe Wand’s life and career, and he’s looking forward to making big things happen here in his new role.
