Our premium Gouda is a semi-soft cheese with a creamy flavor and rich golden color. Young Gouda tends to be very mild and buttery, but it develops a much fuller flavor with age. Small eyes may be present. It does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Try it on a deli sandwich or as a dessert cheese. We also offer a grass-fed variety of Gouda that owes its unique flavor to lush pasture grazing. Made at our Shullsburg, Wisconsin facility, our grass-fed cheeses are crafted using milk from cows raised on a grass fed diet. Through the seasons, the composition of the milk changes, resulting in subtle flavor variances throughout the year.
