About Prairie Farms Cheese Division

With decades of experience in the dairy industry, the Prairie Farms Cheese Division has developed a reputation as a quality, reliable supplier of cheese. It starts at the farm—as a farmer-owned cooperative, we have full control of our milk supply. You can trust that we will maintain consistency in the quality cheeses we produce. It continues at the cheese plants—we employ some of the best cheesemakers in the industry and it is their expertise that allows us to continually meet the high standards of quality our customers have come to expect. When dedicated farmers and passionate cheesemakers come together, the results are worthy of praise.

At Prairie Farms we make it our mission to. . .

  • produce dairy products of the highest quality
  • conduct our business with professional integrity
  • exceed the expectations of our customers and consumers
  • support our communities in a positive, sustainable manner
  • deliver exceptional patronage to our network of farm families, and
  • simply do what is right for our farm families, employees and communities.
